The interview process includes three or four mangers that asks you questions about youself and each one look at you, asking questions as such what would you do and a breif description of a scenario about the job.

In Person Interview 3 Unit Managers, 15 Questions, and a skills review session. Overall a very easy position for individuals of high school level education, and a rewarding segway into the various healthcare careers available.

Entrevista
It was a panel interview, so three people interviewed me at once. We discussed the normal situational interview questions, and I demonstrated my skills by performing a venipuncture for them.
