I applied online. About three weeks later, a Zoom interview was scheduled with multiple people at once. Everyone had planned questions. I never heard back. I had to ask a month later what the deal was.

Met with 2 panels of 3-4 people and answered typical behavioral and skillset questions. Had to a trial writing assignment on a new, rare disease with 6 medical journal sources provided for the assignment. Was a runner up finalist.
