I was contacted to do a HireVue one-way interview first, and then was contacted to do a panel interview a few weeks later. Everyone was kind and professional; I was welcomed by the team and enjoyed the experience as I learned about Mayo Clinic and its culture.

Entrevista
The interview process is long, but casual. First there is a zoom interview with the hiring manager. After that you have a panel interview with the same manager, the team lead, the division manager, and a member of the clinical staff.

You will have an panel interview with 4-7 people depending on how many roles you apply to. It was a very pleasant interview not difficult at all. The only overwhelming thing was the amount of people in my panel.
