Entrevista
One hour block with a panel of 3 interviewers. I walked through my resume then answered a series of behavioral questions in which I needed to reference specific examples from my employment past for each question.

Depending on what type of job you are applying, the prospect of getting an interview are slim unless you have a lot of experience in the area you are applying for. Most interviews at Mayo are group/panel interviews, on average around 3-5 people, where 2-3 are colleagues that you will working with directly.
