I found the name of a recruiter that guided me through the process to help me get an interview. Basic interview questions and some scenario based questions. They were very easy to talk to. Interview was video chat.

The interview process was difficult; they asked a handful of behavioral questions and then one priority question. I didn't care for the interview because it felt robotic and not realistic at all. The manager was not trying to get to know me on a personal level; it just kinda felt rushed, seemed like she was just reading off a script, and also like they were trying to get off the call as soon as possible. I had previous experience, so I felt like they could've asked me about that instead of "what if" questions. I also feel like if i would've gotten an offer, I would've declined, mainly because you're working every other weekend, you can't make your own schedule, and you're working rotating shifts. This company is good for new grads getting into the field, but for seasoned nurses who want to "settle down," this is not the place for you. Good luck to anyone applying. I hope it works out for you.
