I had an in-person interview to discuss the role and my experience. I talked with the owner and had good conversation and we left off with him saying I would meet with the COO for another interview. After the interview, days went by and I followed up on the status. Still nothing months later - they completely ghosted me with no explanation.

Entrevista
Overall, it was a poor experience. They essentially wanted me to work for free for 40+ hours. After I told them my base salary, everything became awkward. The whole vibes of the place was off. Honesty it was a waste of my time. This could have easily been avoided with a listing of the salary expectations and duties. If they are looking for an unpaid intern, they should have written that.
I don’t recommend it unless you’re really looking for unpaid volunteer experience. Even then, side projects would be better.
