Entrevista
It was an 1:1 interview with 3 rounds of technical interview. Firstly they would ask questions on high level and as you to further it goes deeper.
They also provide the feedback on each of the answer. The team expects you to have a good knowledge on the TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS
Two online rounds conducted where the panels from both rounds had their webcam switched off. All members cited "Technical Issues" as the excuse for that. The HR did not find an issue contacting on late Sunday evening (off business hours) and informing about a interview round the following day which did not happen as the Manager was on leave. No feedback or response from hiring team received ever. Absolute waste of time and energy. If the company is represented by such individuals having such work practices, would I be wrong to imagine a sad work environment?

2 interviews: The first is a "chat" to understand if you suite the position according to your past experiences and the salary. The second is technical with 2 Senior Technical Support Engineer: 1 english streaking the other your mother language streaking . Both take place over by phone.
