My first interaction was with the RSM west who asked me various questions and tested me on sales grounds, analytical skills and planning part. After a 45 minutes interview I got through for the next round i.e GM Sales and HR head round which happened on a con call. The discussion went on for an hour and I had to face much more questions on ROI, handling a team, product positing, handling a frozen business as I had never done this before that but it was all well and I had been appointed as a Sales Manager for Mumbai General Trade business.
