There were four interviews all together. First was with recruiter screening applicants. Second was with IT director that was a great interview. Third interview was with the IT management team. It was an hour of rapid fire situational questions that mainly started with "Have you ever..." or "What would you do with..". All scripted questions. This interview mentioned stress more than what I would have expected or liked. By this time I was getting a feel for the environment and lack of work life balance as well. Fourth interview was all of 20 mins and was with the Plant team that consisted of the plant manager, production manager and process engineer. Their biggest accomplishment seemed to be that McCain paid for their degrees, but did not have much else to offer as far as information. They did not know that the position was based out of their plant. Did not seem to know much about the position. No plant tour was offered. Work hours were not mentioned. By this time I was not comfortable with the vibe at the plant and with that team.
