Had multiple interviews, however, after taking a third day off work for the third one for a junior role- they never contacted me again. Ghosted!
Definitely not ideal given how precious time off is in this industry.
The process was easy, just took a while to complete. Meet with strategy, account and creative. Account was level so I can understand what day to day is like. The creative seemed ok
