The interview was very laidback and informal it was not competencies based at all which was surprising. It seemed very much based on whether they liked you as you had already passed the threshold of grades etc

Average difficulty, welcoming atmosphere. One firm partner and one HR representative conducted the interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, maybe 40. Notes were taken throughout by both interviewers, however I found it quite difficult to tell if the interview was going well or not - they had very good poker faces! Overall a good experience, I learned a lot from it.
