Entrevista
The company flew me out to their South West headquarter region. The first night consisted of causal dining/drinking/conversation with McCarthy employees. Day two consisted of several interviews with employees in the office. It was more of a serious panel interview and was a great learning process.

Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.

Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
