First meeting was in person, was objectively great. Talked about experience, diffuculties in construction, innovation in estimating, and criticial thinking skills. Allowed for some Q/A's that presented good feedback from the interviewer's. Overall transparent. Second interiew, was a total let down. After the intial review, I was told by the HR Recuriter that I needed to complete a online test of critical thinking. To be short and concise, test was awful. Had nothing to do with estimating and completely irrevalant to construction. Mostly buisness questions with economics. Wasted 3-hours of my time and did not get any feedback on results.
