After I sent my resume I got a call from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview the next day. It was fairly easy, the questions were standard. Next was an interview face to face with team leader who was friendly and nice - I was informed that I'd get information from the company in 3 weeks. A week after I got a call if I could talk to manager on webcam in a few days - of course I did. After this I was informed that this is the last step in the process. BUT a week after I got another call from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview in French (I do know this language, but right now it's passive knowledge [haven't used it in a few years and I told them that], moreover I applied to English position and there was no information about French being used even in slightest way). From then, it's complete silence even though I was told I'd be informed about the recruitment process even if I wasn't to be hired. It's been over 3 weeks now.
