Informal, not prepared and skillful, not having full understanding of the job role, not considering that the candidate has multiple talents and interests. Not distinguishing that the candidate is more senior for the position. Looking down on candidates life work balance. Jumping through the resume without particular aim. Not being aware what's the candidates expertise.

Entrevista
Straightforward, quick. The interview was unexpectedly and brutally honest, Hiring department manager mentioned how high the workload was and how she was working even on her vacations. I admired her honesty but it wasn't very intriguing.
