-Very persistent.
-Unrealistic image of the role and their expectations.
-No face to face interviews.
I had 4 stage interviews with people from HR, Business Managers, Directors etc. I was being asked the same questions and I felt like they weren't listening. I guess it's part of the process they should be following.
Once I accepted the job offer they started the reference and payslip checks that took so long. They kept asking for documents.
After that, they sent me a laptop and instructions on how to set it up.
I was meant to receive a pass for me to use it on my first day in the office but I never got it.

They also asked me if I was planning to stay in the company long term because other people have left after a short period of time.

Really efficient and worthwhile. Was constantly updated and kept informed regarding the process. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend! Questions were always answered swiftly and correctly with help and assistance offered at every stage.

Initial phone interview, then a 4 hour onsite meeting team memebers, future manager and MD.
General experience review and some recruitment based tasks (CV reviewing, job ad writing, mock candidate phone call)
