A Recruiter found my profile on LinkedIn, called me and set up an interview with McKesson. I went through a half hour phone interview, and two days later an one hour on-site interview.

Director came down to the lobby and walk me to the interview room. Well, two managers were actually using his room to do the interview. The managers appeared to be freshly promoted and acting quite fidgeting during the whole process. By the nature of the interview questions, it appeared they have very limited interviewing experience and the interview questions were geared toward fresh graduates. 5 minutes into the interview, I already know that I over qualified for the position and looking for ways to bail. No GO. Ended up enduring the whole "Are you smarter than the 5th grader?" kind of CS questions.
