VERY unprofessional recruiter. Lacked integrity, very weak communication & conversational skills, would go missing for days without response to phone calls or email, socially awkward on telephone making conversations painful, provided misleading information to candidates, performed a very weak screening interview, wasn't in control of his account for simple tactical tasks or discussing candidates, wasn't able to discuss details of benefits package (didn't know), wasn't well informed about the role or company (couldn't answer basic questions) etc... Lastly, didn't have the courage or decency to follow up with a phone call or even an email to communicate client rejection after reaching final round of interviews.
