The interview process was excellent as I met up with the general manager of the warehouse he was friendly at the point after interviewing me we began to talk about personal things like family and my reasons for applying at McLane so I really felt if the general manager is so cool like this I would like to work for someone like him

Previous experience working in freezer or cold environments
Quick, simple, very nice people. They said they'd reach out in a few days, but after waiting for a week they didn't hire me. The interview was a very average experience.
