Entrevista
I applied off a tip that the company was hiring. Once you fill out the application, if the company calls you back you go in and have an interview with the department senior manager. Once that’s passed you speak with the HR manager. You are then sent to a 3rd party company to participate in a Strength test “Since the job does require lifting at any point in time” after the strength test you have to undergo a series of urine, and hair test for drugs. IF all is well, the company tends to contact you fairly quickly for a second meeting of all the managers. This second meeting is a relax atmosphere, generally food and drinks are provided. The offer is then made, and explanations of policies are discussed in detail.

Entrevista
I submitted my application and less than 24hrs later someone contacted me. An interview was scheduled for the next day. The interview was literally 7 minutes of talking about expectations I had and the manager explaining practically what to expect. All of the paperwork is done online which was great.
