4 stages: 1. Phone interview - general, exprience 2. Two coding tasks - in language of choice 3. Skype interview - testing proces, testing methodology, 4. Onsite interview in McLaren HQ in Woking. In the end, I didn't get an offer (even with very positive feedback during whole process). I was given a reason that didn't make any sense.
