The interview process was relatively painless, with more of a focus on your ability to be observant and explain and advocate for your own skills effectively. It was a first-round interview followed by a tour of the facility and two interviews with two different interviewers.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.

Had a phone call interview with HR, another phone call with HR, a pre interview chat, then flew onsite for interview in person, viewed facilities and talked to lots of people,
