I scheduled a call through an HR person, which I expected to be an informational or screening interview. During my call she asked if I wanted to proceed with the phone interview, which would be the next step in the process. She asked me pretty standard questions about myself, my college search experience, my leadership experience, and what I wanted out of a job. At the end of the conversation, she informed me that the next step in my interview process was to schedule an on-site interview, which I would hear about by the end of next week.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
