Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) em jan. de 2014
Entrevista
Contacted via email from a recruiter who found my resume online, set up a 15 minute phone screen, had a 30 minute phone interview the next day, and then flew out to the Chicago HQ two weeks later. The on-site interview was not difficult, but it was LONG. First, an hour long tour of the facility, then 4 back to back interviews. Technically the lunch was "not an interview," but it definitely was. Unclear what they wanted, I basically was just asked to go over my resume four different times. No real tough questions. The office was creepy and pindrop quiet, no personal effects. Felt vaguely like i was in the matrix.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
