I was approached by a recruiter from this company so I agreed to a phone screen. I checked out the careers website before our call but there were no official job postings listed. Once on the phone screen, we discussed my background and what roles were available at the company. There were a few different roles that were hiring, and it seemed as though they probably hired for these on an ongoing basis. The roles were mostly in client services - either chatting with clients who had an issue, doing support research, etc. It didn't exactly align with my experience and seemed pretty entry level so I was a little put off that they'd reached out as it didn't seem like a relevant fit. Eventually I asked what the salary range was and it was pretty far below what I was currently making (I'm in sales but even base salary before bonus/commission was much lower). This is not to say the company is not wonderful - the culture seemed exciting and inclusive - but I really didn't appreciate wasting my time. I would suggest their recruiters do a bit more digging or even present the salary range or specific job opportunities in their initial reach out to avoid any wasted time on either side of things.
