The process consisted of a phone interview with the recruiter (basic screening), a 1-hour in-person writing test/interview with recruiter, and a second interview with 3 employees. The HR employees I worked with communicated with me in a timely and professional manner throughout the 3 weeks.
In general, I'd agree with what some of the other applicants have said here about the questions you can expect: they ask pretty straightforward and predictable questions. They do spend a lot of time telling you about the company. The employees I spoke to during my second interview were very enthusiastic about their work and forthcoming about what the job would entail and the workplace's atmosphere.
One other thing that may pertain only to prospective publishing applicants is that I wish they'd told me a bit more (or that I'd asked more) about the writing test, which basically simulates what you would do in the job. Frankly, if I had seen an example of it beforehand, I might not have pursued the position further.
