I applied for McMaster-Carr for two positions Distributions Specialist & Customer Service. I applied first late September, Didn't hear back, So that the job was reposted so I tried again early-mid November. Immediately a recruiter reached out and schedule a phone interview with me. Did that interview over the phone on a Monday, pretty basic questions then the next morning they emailed me to go for a 2.5 hour in person interview. I went to their facility in Robbinsville, NJ that Thursday. I was given a tour of the facility from one of their distributions operation manager then he asked me some general questions. Then sat in two rounds with two more recruiters. Again a lot of behavioral, case scenarios. Interview felt good and they told me that they would let me know by next Monday-Tuesday. Tuesday I saw the job got reposted again and Wednesday morning they emailed me that they didn't want to move forward with me. While it's definitely a big company and organized, a lot of the reviews I read online were kinda concerning saying that the salary/benefits are the best thing there. Definitely some red flags and seeing the position being posted for the 3rd time in like 2 months was something that made me skeptical. Well good luck to them filling that position

Tell us what's your biggest regret
How well you work with a team
Tell a situation where you had to resolve conflict at work
And basically a bunch of questions in these realm
Had about a 75 minute zoom interview then a "final round" onsite interview in which I was given a tour of the facility, was given a work-related exercise to complete, then had 2 sit down interviews which were more behavioral questions.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa McMaster-Carr (Cleveland, OH).

The interview process is a long process, but you get to really see what it is like there. The team was very friendly and welcoming, but asked many behavioral questions.
