Candidates were shortlisted on the basis of CPI and resume and then the interview was taken. It was telephonic and lasted for about 30 mins, it was quite smooth and the interviewer was quite comforting. Interview covered basic introduction then became technical on the go. There was only one round for the interview and then I got the offer letter.
