The interview went well. I had the interiew in mid-January. I am still waiting to hear back. I pray that I get the job. This week my recruiter contact me with positive feedback.
First round: A basic screening interview with HR. This usually covers your background, experience, communication skills, and general fit for the role and company.
Later rounds: One or more very technical interviews, focused deeply on technical knowledge, problem-solving, and hands-on skills relevant to the position.

Entrevista
I interviewed three times for the position only to be told they were reconsidering hiring anyone. Months later I saw it again so re-applied. Interviewed AGAIN. Not hired and months later they are STILL looking. It’s been at least 8 months and they are still wasting time. Odd.
