Applied online and heard back from recruiter after a few days. Interview was standard with the typical questions for a first call (tell me about your experience, why are you leaving your current job, strengths/weaknesses, how you handle customer situations, etc). Was told I would hear back by end of week. Followed up next week and was told they are still interviewing. Now 3 weeks later have still not heard back
