Got an invitation to interview via Harri.com and went in to meet with the general manager. Had a spirited conversation about my past work experience and also about what I admire about the company. Was asked about what past co-workers would say about me... Etc. etc. Overall low key and low pressure process! Not too many "interview-y" questions which was a major plus.

The interview was very brief. They basically asked my experience. I was told to dress prepared to work for 3 hours, and I did. I was supposed to work a 3 hour shift for minimum wage as a trial. I ended up working a full 8 hour shift during a busy dinner service, which I was NOT expecting.
