Entrevista
We were split up into 4 groups, there were 3 sessions help and about 50 girls in each session. I had to leave early and thus only went through 2/4 activities. In the first activity we were involved in a role play situation, and the other activity was involved in wrapping different makeup products.
The best interview experience I’ve ever had. Really intentional with getting to know me as well as asking me really great questions that challenged me but in the best way. They are really kind, and have strong values as a company

Group interview was great they really try and hire based and personality some who fits the “Mecca” mentality. You watch a video in the beginning and everyone leaves with a Mecca gift bag

Entrevista
First was an virtual interview, where you are given questions to answer and your answer is then recorded. Second interview was a 1-to-1 online interview. Person interviewing me was very nice. Heard there was a third group interview, but haven't gone to that point yet.
