First round interview was a video interview where you were able to record your answers. Second round was a group interview that consisted of two parts, first part was a one on one interview and the second was a group activity where you were required to rank a number of actions items from most to least importance. They don’t advise you after this why you were unsuccessful, it’s just a generic email which is completely understandable based on the large volume of applicants they’re working with for casual positions
