It was a group interview where we had to try sell a product to each other in pairs, and then discuss our favourite product in a group of 5. We then went off individually and had an individual interview where we discussed hours, location, experience and they asked some questions, most of which you would've had time to prepare for prior to the interview, they come in an email with the interview times.

Group activity and 1:1 interview About 50 girls present put into 4 per group, given a description of a Mecca product and then had to sell it. 1:1 Asked about yourself, previous experience, yourself as a customer, teamwork, availability.

very quick and easy. not intimidating at all. it's done in like a group setting. but it was individual and also group. it was on zoom and the interviewers were very sweet
