The process took 2 weeks. N.B. They offered me a job and then 2 days later withdrew it. In initial round, I made loud and clear to the HR about my situation needing transfer of visa and he confirmed positively. The following day had another call with same HR where I ensured about their willingness to transfer visa to which he replied they already have 2 more candidates.
Following week scheduled a zoom interview with VP but it ended up being technical round with technical director and DBA. They asked basic SQL questions and gave me a lab to complete. They gave me control to their system and asked to perform 2 task.
The interview was for 1 hour but got completed in 45-50 mins. I was offered the position at the end of interview itself. There were some differences in salary offering vs my expectations. I applause them for working thru and coming back with middle way to which I was okay accepting it. But then HR ruined everything.
