3 rounds of interview: Initial recruiter call ( 15 minutes), 40 minute technical interview, 40 minutes final interview. All happened within a 3 weeks span. Process was not difficult, interviewees were very friendly. This is based on the position I was interviewing for. Other positions may be different.
