There was a multistep process. I was contacted for a 30 min interview with their recruiter. Once I passed this step I met for a face-to-face interview with two staff members. One from corporate and another from the new start up facility I would be working at. The questions were straight forward and I felt comfortable learning about the organization while still being interviewed for a position.

The interview process felt great! The person who conducted the interview was very sweet and cheerful which created a comfortable atmosphere in which I was able to answer without being nervous.

Entrevista
After the initial application to which i submitted like a month prior to my 30 minutes of an over the phone interview. I was asked to do a voluntary self identification form. Then I was sent a link to register the date and time for the interview.

Entrevista
The interview was brief but extremely detailed. The Center Manager was friendly and professional. We covered quite a bit of surface while maintaining a comfortable conversation. I didn't feel nervous at all.
