You are given an online leetcode-like assesment before an actual interview process. You are given a time limit of about two hours and you are able to start the assessment at any time. there is a built in online search resource if you forget syntax or whatever else. the assessment that I did consisted of an easy algorithm question, a React Native question and a data filtering question. They just gave me 3 leetcode assessments to do to gauge experience in the programming languages and i assume - your approach to solving the problem
Interview with cofounders separately. First one was enthusiastic and just interviewed to get an idea of vibe and experience. Second was more technical trying to make sure the experience matched what they were looking for and getting good detail of the design process, execution and follow up.
Never heard back after the interviews.

Med Me Health's Disorganized Interview Process and Inexperienced Developers
My interview experience with Med Me Health for a front-end position was disappointing. Despite applying for a front-end role, I faced interviews conducted by backend/full-stack developers who seemed unsure of their own tech stack. This lack of alignment and organization was concerning.
Additionally, after being led to believe I was progressing, I was informed that the company had chosen another candidate without explanation. This lack of respect for candidates' time and efforts reflects poorly on Med Me Health's professionalism. It felt like they wasted my time and efforts, showing no regard for the candidates they interview.
Despite this, I'm happy not to be a part of their team. On a positive note, the engineering manager I interacted with was quite humble. However, it was clear that some of the developers lacked experience, which could impact the quality of their projects. Overall, while there were some positives, the disorganized interview process and inexperienced developers left me with a negative impression of the company's culture and capabilities.
