So I am going to talk about two interview processes because this entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I originally applied for a Patient Care Representative role back in January. I was put through 3 interview stages and then rejected. The final interview stage I spoke with their Chief Pharmacy Officer and the Supervisor of the team. During the interview they talked about how I would be an asset to their team based on my time zone. I have 8 years of experience with PBM and I have done a very similar role with Copay Card/Patient Assistance Accumulators. I was very shocked to be rejected so I asked for feedback and they told me I was a great candidate and they had nothing negative to say. So when another position opened up for a Member Advocate I applied again. I was interviewing with one of the people I interviewed with the last time, but she did not remember me. When I reminded her who I was, the entire interview shift in tone. I felt like she just wanted me to get off the call as soon as possible. I was confused by this but I thought maybe I was reading too much into the tone. Every interview I did before was met with an immediate request for another interview. But this time it has been 3 days since my interview and they have not scheduled the next interview. I am very upset by this because if they liked me the first time, why am I being treated like a nuisance the second time? I thought my perseverance would should how much I liked their company. But all they have done is waste my time and make me feel dumb for applying again. I do not recommend this place at all and even if they end up reaching out for a second interview later on, I will be rescinding my application. This place clearly is not the right company for me.
