This process took a really long time (over a month) and I would not recommend unless you have a lot of spare time to wait around. There were 3 interviews and although this was a part time role it felt as if they were hiring for a way more important role given the extremely thorough questions they asked. As another person mentioned there were some "gotcha" moments that really seemed odd and I have never experienced this in any other interviews. While they talk endlessly about their company culture it is obvious this is not a environment that would allow you to be yourself and feel genuinely heard. Sometimes when the emphasis is a bit too extreme regarding how amazing a company's culture is, the truth is oftentimes the opposite. Best of luck if you go decide to go through this process.
