Interview was simple- met with team and they shared what position would be like- talked with me to determine if I would be a culture fit. Interviewed with principal owner and received offer.

Tell me about a time when you worked with someone challenging.
Beyond the initial short interview on the phone, and MedPartners' verification of resume' and licensure, that was about it. However, where ever they were trying to place us, there was always a phone interview with the manager on site who we would report to upon arrival

Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn, and was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter. We had a phone interview, and then she set me up for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The in-person interview went okay, and they told me that they had 2 other people to interview. It has been a week now since I interviewed, and I tried following up twice, both via e-mail and phone, and the recruiter does not pick up her phone, or respond to my e-mails. I thought it was common courtesy to let candidates know if they are moving forward, or if someone else was selected for the position, especially if you interviewed with the company. Instead, they choose to ignore me, which I find is unprofessional and poor. I also found out that they allow drinking during working hours, which is a bit odd. Usually, people get fired for drinking alcohol at work.
