Entrevista
First interview was via phone; Second was with managers; Third was with upper management. The CEO was very laid back and easy to talk to. Tough questions, but overall positive experience.

Entrevista
I went through a zoom interview with I’m guessing a director, she never told me her title. It went well and she wanted me to move on to the next level and she said I would receive a call from HR. I never got a call from HR but a recruiter. She emailed me to speak to me and I immediately emailed her back with a time and day that would work for me. I never heard back so I emailed again the late afternoon of the day before I had requested and I finally got a response tell me a different time the next day. That phone call went fine and she “told” me she was so happy I was still interested and that I would have 3 more interviews and that she would get back to me that day with more info on those interviews or early the next week. It’s been so hard to find a job lately and they really made the company sound amazing. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was as a college graduate and soon to have my masters. I never heard anything and I emailed and no response. I waited 2 days and emailed the original lady I interviewed with who told me to reach out to her with anything and again, no response. Finally, 3 days later I received an email stating they were no longer interested. I don’t understand that a company that supposedly thrives on good values can not be transparent about who or want they want. They should not make candidates believe that they are interested when they are not. It’s a shame.

Entrevista
Ad on the company's own website advertises a salary range of $45-$50k. Thinking that since I live in an area of the country with a high cost of living and have experience, the starting pay would be $50k. Nope, initial email said the salary was $45k and it was not negotiable. When the first email from HR gives you the salary upfront, that usually indicates that they get further in the process with candidates who then turn down the job because the pay is awful. Why offer a range in an ad and it not be the reality? And who with experience is going to work for $45k a year? Nobody worth their salt. Even $50k is low, but at least a foot in the door of the company. Goodluck with filling the open position paying slightly more than fast food jobs.
