First, I got a call from the recruiter. It was only a couple of days after applying that I got the call. After, our interview, I was scheduled to meet with the nurse manager for the unit. Which was also scheduled quickly, due to the flexibility in my schedule. I interviewed within the next couple of days. Then, I got a job offer a couple of days later. The process was quick and smooth. It took more time for me going back and forth with the recruiter regarding negotiating my pay rate. That process took about 3-4 weeks. I accepted the job after getting a bit more than what was offered. Overall, I’m glad I accepted the job. I do think that there should be more accountability when it comes to the nurse assistant staff. Lots of them only do the bare minimum required of them.

the interview process was easy. it was remote and i spoke with a few people on the team. they were very nice and friendly and made it seem like a good place to work. it was really great just the pay was not that good which i had a problem with. i think there needs to be a spike for this
