I completed an HR screening on a Thursday and was invited to interview with the VP of Sales four days later. The scheduling link only offered three time slots for a 30-minute call, none of which worked with my availability. I let them know, but I was declined the following day. During the HR call, I learned that some Account Executives are reported to be hitting 500–600% of their quota. While that sounds impressive, it also raised questions for me about territory distribution and quota fairness. This gave me some concerns about how accounts are allocated and how sustainable success might be across the sales organization.

Entrevista sencilla acerca de mi experiencia se notó que traía prisa el entrevistador ya que era muy próximas fechas a navidad. Me hicieron la entrevista en inglés a pesar de que no era requerido el inglés para la vacante. Fue una entrevista sencilla pero no se que parámetros sigan ya que no me ofrecieron ningún puesto incluso después de haber pasado todas las pruebas y entrevistas técnicas. Primero fue una entrevista por llamada, luego una entrevista técnica con in programador, luego un examen y después esta entrevista con el jefe de ingeniería. No lo sentí muy amigable
