I had an interview for a position in Austin. Overall it was very pleasant. 3 rounds First: Phone screen with a recruiter - It's just like any other phone screens; talk about my tech stack, interests, why Medallia, etc. Second: Technical screen with one engineer - We used codeshare.io to code. One question and you have one hour to do it. Leetcode easy-medium level. Third: It was about 4 hour process with 5 interviews. Three 1 hour technical interviews with engineers, and two 30 minutes behavioral interviews with directors of software development. For first two technical interviews, the questions were not too difficult, but they are more interested in how you approach the problem and how you think. Third technical interview question was pretty challenging and at the end of the interview, the interviewer said that it's one of the google questions. I did not finish that one in time. Behavioral interviews were more like answering questions about stuff on my resume, and explaining some of the previous projects I have done. Also there is some time to ask questions for each section of interviews. From applying to final offer took about 3 weeks. The recruiter was very fast at responding any questions I had, and I received an offer the very next day.
