Found out about Medallia at my school's career fair, Attended an orientation later in the day, Was invited for an interview on-campus, Moved onto the Challenge round but sadly didn't get move onto the next round The Medallia team is AMAZING. From the very beginning to the end of my interview process, I didn't have a single day when I didn't look forward to speaking with a Medallia member. The Challenge took longer than I'd expected and was definitely challenging, but overall, I learned so much from the process. Each Medallian will make sure that you have a positive experience and will even give you advice on how to be a stronger candidate. They don't hesitate to help you and make sure you can do your very best. Though I didn't get this role this time around, I'd love to try to be a Medallian again in the future, because I was really impressed with the recruiting process and all the team members I had the chance to interact with.
