I have interview in Medallia. It supposed to be first "let's meet" interview with HR. Recruiter (Anne Ciccarelli) put the phone on the speaker.The first couple of question was related to HR and then interview became professional. The most serious was the question: suggest a new product for the some company. I answered, but it wasn't my best shot. After reading all these reviews, I did not expect that someone will contact me. I was wrong. A week later, Anne called me and very gently, trying not to harm my dignity informed me that I do not fit. Good job, Anne Ciccarelli.

Far too long, don’t waste your time. I was given a total of 7 interviews and scheduled for an 8th that never ended up happening as I was informed I was no longer in running for the role, 15 minutes before said interview. These interviews took place over a span of several months and oftentimes were canceled and rescheduled. The interviewees themselves were nice and the team culture seemed decent which is why I continued in the process. My thoughts as a candidate are - this process needs immense refinement. An interview should be at max 4 interviews (including recruiter screen) Medallia’s process is nearly double that. If I were looking at this company, I wouldn’t even bother applying knowing what I know now. This is a disgusting process and was a waste of my two months and several hours of interviews.
