Entrevista
The selection process consisted of few phases:
1) phone interview - overall questions about my CV, and also recruiter explained what the company does and how this role contributes to it;
2) online challenge - 2 tasks to do in 24hours;
3) on-site interviews - peer-to-peer and with management. I had 4 interviews in one day
4) they asked for 2 references after the interviews
Medallia have been very flexible with the process for me - because I am coming from another country, they have adjusted the process to make it convenient for me and fast as well. I really appreciate it!
Also they have been providing very detailed explanation of each stage which allowed to prepare well for it and have right expectations.
My experience with Medallia selection process has been great - because the process is well-organized, it allows you to show your qualifications and personality. But also people in the company (recruiter, interviewers) have been very supportive throughout the whole process!
