I had one interview with a recruiter and two interviews with various members of the team. Progressing from one step to another took ages, slow communication from their side. Interviews were rescheduled at the last minute or scheduled incorrectly without considering the time difference. After the last interview, I was ghosted. Otherwise, interviews were easy. They have a script of questions they are allowed to ask. All questions were behavioral, no technical questions at all.
