I applied through LinkedIn (with the Easy 1-click apply) around two weeks before I was contacted. The interview was for the next day, not a lot of time to prepare at all. I got the email around 5 or 6 pm and the phone interview was the next morning. It was a nice person interviewing and explained the process well. He really emphasized the company's core values (which you can find on the website) and asks to give an example of each in your past experiences. The interviewer types everything you say so there is a bit of a lag because they are trying to get everything you say down.
